Join us to co create intentions, expansion and breathe into the parts of yourself that have remained untouched and unseen. In this group breathwork experience you can shed unwanted layers and free yourself of anything that’s holding you back.

• Intention setting and journaling

• 1 hour breathwork experience

BYO:

• Journal and pen

• Light blanket

• Pillow

• Yoga mat + bolster (available in studio if you don’t have one)

• Crystals or other sacred items you work with

2 hour workshop.
